My date is august 27... Nervous

It feels surreal to me right now. Excited to take this step, but nervous as well. Do you have to do an extended pre-surgery diet?

Just two weeks on Protein powder for Breakfast and lunch.... It hasn't been to bad.... It has been 3 days.
