Thank you. I keep reading all my material they gave me about the stages and checking that I have everything. During the Clear Liquids can I add unflavored Protein to broth?

Just walking and sipping away. Trying to keep my mind off of the pain from my incision. I got pain medication but it is horrible tasting! Other than that and being sleepy I'm OK so far

I could not do the liquid pain medicine either. (Tylenol with codeine) It was so horrible tasting & burned going down. It just wasn't worth it to take it. I called my surgeon & he said to try taking Tylenol PM or extra strength Tylenol in pill form. He said that as long as it's not a horse pill, it will be fine...and it was. Took very little Water with it & it went down fine. Only took it at night for the first couple says home to help me sleep better. Hope you have a speedy recovery!!!
