I had my six month check up, was sleeved Feb. 3, and the news was awesome!!: Lost 85lbs,,55inches gone and best news my BMI is now below 30 I am no longer considered OBESE!! I am at 173lbs and doctor said 10 lbs more and then I should be at my ideal weight! I teach and the staff was shocked at weight loss, I lost an additional. 15 lbs over the summer. lots of compliments!! So hang in there if you are starting this process and most important DONT deviate from the diet! Learn your new eating habits! I stayed with it and didn't cheat,,,,all Protein and veggies...no starch at all.
