nursejenny07 401 Posted August 10, 2014 I am so excited!!! I have been on liquids for three weeks now, and I'm so ready for some textures, lol. I'm really proud of myself for sticking with it! The only "cheat" I did was instead of straining my potato Soup once, I left three tiny chunks of potato in it. I went grocery shopping and stocked up on cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt, non fat refried Beans and mashed potatoes!
