teachingkids2004 22 Posted August 10, 2014 Hi all! I was sleeved April 7 so it's been about four months. I'm down 67 lbs and am thrilled with the results so far. Within the past week or so I've been nauseated and very tired. I've been getting my Vitamins and most of my Protein. I've been eating crackers to calm my stomach. I'm nauseated if I eat or don't eat. Thoughts?
kathysleeve 38 Posted August 10, 2014 Hello Teachingkids, Congrats on your weight loss in just 4 months. I was sleeved July 14 so this is all still a learning process for me. I do get nauseous easily and my Dr sent me home with a script for Zophran which is n anti nausea tablet that melts under your tongue. there are also tums that are combo breath fresheners and also taste minty as well, they help too. This was one of my fears before surgery but I am coping. I also wonder if peppermint oil in warm tea might help you. Since surgery I cant stand the smell of coffee so that vice is gone forever Hope this helps a little.

lsereno 2,525 Posted August 10, 2014 Agree with Proud Granny. And are you drinking enough fluids? Nausea and tiredness can be signs of dehydration. Lynda
