I'm using Pure Protein from Walmart. I've only tried the vanilla and chocolate so far but I like it pretty well. I like to mix blueberries or bananas in the vanilla and I'll throw a banana in the chocolate as well. Costs about $18 for a 2 pound jug.

I prefer the Atkins shakes. Low sugar, low carb, has vitamins/protein and comes in several flavors. I like the taste better than other Protein shakes. See link below for some of the flavors available. I buy mine at Walmart. Have seen them at Target, HEB, and other stores.

Good luck on your weight loss.

I am using the Premier Protein chocolate shakes (pre-mixed) from Sams Club. I like them because they also have a screw lid on them, so I can drink half and put the rest back in the fridge until my next meal. They are 11 ounces and 30 grams of Protein. I split them between 2 meals and for my third meal I use Unjury chicken Soup flavor broth with 21 grams of protein. That gives me 51 grams. It has been good for the past 4 days - next week I will add another cup of broth to total 72 grams a day. My doc suggests 40 - 60 the first 2 weeks, then 60 - 80 for the rest.

Good luck! Time will fly by!

My vote is for Premier Protein also. Love the chocolate and vanilla. Have not tried the strawberry yet. Originally I would purchase at Sam's Club. But they are now carried in my local Walmart and Shoprite. Good luck.

Yes I think that Premier Protein is good to drink. I have tried chocolate vanilla and the new one strawberry and creme which is good.

I'm a big fan of Premier Protein shakes too. I get them at Sam's and Kroger (in 4 packs when I have a coupon). All of the flavors are good.

I'm a Premier chocolate and strawberry fan. I don't like the vanilla as well as the Syntrax Matrix vanilla powder, but it works great as Creamer in my coffee. Muscle Milk also has a lot of good flavors and I think I've seen some of them at Walmart.< /p>

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
