jgj 29 Posted August 9, 2014 I have not been following the diet plan. I thought I was doing everything right but when I went back and looked I wasn't. I have been moving too quickly and am now paying for it. I have pain in my stomach. I will do better now. We do harm when we think we know what to do. JamieLogical 8,710 Posted August 9, 2014 (edited) I'm having my surgery on the 1st and I went through and made a calendar of August (pre-op) through October with notes about which days I can start which supplements and foods. I carefully went through the entire post-op plan provided by my nutritionist and marked down everything on the calendars. So, hopefully I'll be able to do everything right if I just follow the calendar. I'm going to tape the pages up on the cabinets in my kitchen, so I will always be reminded every day. RJ'S/beginning 5,358 Posted August 9, 2014 With the best of intentions we will make errors. It is human. Try not to be too mad at yourself and keep going forward. The previous poster had a good idea. It does help to write things down sometimes...It may help you move into it becoming habit after a bit! 3 waitingtoexhale, snochick2005 and 1Day1Life4Now reacted to this

snochick2005 172 Posted August 9, 2014 You can do it! Everyone makes mistakes... The best thing you can do is admit it and figure out what to do to fix it, which you've done. :-) Don't best yourself up about it. Make sure if you have pain that continues, you see your dr. Congrats on your success so far :-)
