How to disable or use the chat now feature on iPad

The other day I rec'd a pop-up saying someone wanted to chat. When I clicked on it, I got a message stating my "web app Extension is not configured & to contact admin to configure through cometchat administration panel." Huh?????

I sent an email to Bariatricpal for help, no response yet. Meanwhile, if I sign in, EVERY TIME I go to a new page, I get FOUR CONSECUTIVE POPUPS reminding me I have chat messages. I have to stay signed out to read the threads! Someone help, it's driving me bananas

Not sure what that means. When I googled that question, I got this answer:7.0 mobile 11d257 safari. Hope that answers the question Sorry I am very illiterate when it comes to computers.
