Side pains

IM two weeks post op and I have some pains in my side. I know I'm healing but how long will this last? I can't walk much more than a mile because I cramp and have these pains. I have always walked at least 2 or 3 miles a day.

I have a bad pain in one the biggest incision sites. It feels like it is literally being pulled from the inside. Whenever I get up or stand up it pulls from deep inside causing crazy pain. I have to put pressure on the actual site to get around.
