Any one else surgery schedule for end on month?

My surgery is finally scheduled for 8/27. Starting my pre-op diet on the 13th and super nervous about only having shakes. Any one else scheduled close to my date? I need a buddy, bad:)

My procedure is set for Sept 3 but I start the shakes on the 13th as well. I don't plan to go crazy this weekend though. I think I will try to ingest the most Protein and vegetables I can though to get some nutrients in before I can't.

I am also new here, I am booked for surgery on August 20, I have been on the Pre Op for 7 days today, its not easy, but I feel it is the beginning of the new ME!! Getting excited and anxious for Surgery!! Good Luck!!

Well I had my surgery yesterday. Feeling good today. Just sipping apple juice. Gonna drink a shake throughout the day. So far so good ????
