jenncox 4 Posted August 8, 2014 I think I'm looking at the end of October but I don't have a date yet. Still doing all the Insurance processing. Should get approval by the third week of September and then schedule my surgery after that. Glad you got your day of surgery. Good luck

jenncox 4 Posted August 9, 2014 Super bariatric babe I'm not in Northern Virginia. I live in Southern Maryland in LaPlata . So it's a good hour plus away for me to go to the hospital and the doctor's appointments
superbariatricbabe 180 Posted August 9, 2014 I'm actually pretty thrilled for an October recovery time. Going for walks when it's cool outside and the leaves are changing to their fall colors sounds like a pretty perfect day. Infinitely preferable to a sweaty hot & humid summer recovery. Plus it's just in time to keep us away from all those tempting Halloween & Thanksgiving goodies.
Happy<3 7 Posted August 9, 2014 Hoping for late October! Finishing insurance requirements at the end of September! Getting excited/nervous! Agree with recovery in cooler weather. Very motivating to get out and walk.

BeccaE1 38 Posted August 10, 2014 I'm hoping for late October surgery as well. I have to say it never occurred to me about the cooler weather for recovery and walking, but Oh Yeah!!! I hate the heat and how great will it be starting this journey in the fall! Thanks for mentioning that!!!! ???? 1 superbariatricbabe reacted to this
