laurenw46 10 Posted August 7, 2014 i had gastric sleeve 1 year ago this month. Ive lost 65lbs. i'm a little bummed that i haven't lost more. I exercise at least 3 days a week most weeks I'm in the gym 5 days a week. for the first 6 months i was losing an average of 10lbs a month, then after the 6 months it just stopped. not sure why but I'm really trying to make good choices and exercise as much as possible. LumpySpacePrincess 594 Posted August 7, 2014 What do you eat in a typical day? Sometimes its just a matter of lowering your calories by 100-200 per day that can make a big difference.

StayingStrong 78 Posted August 7, 2014 I have been traveling and started eating bread. I noticed that my weight loss stopped. My surgeon/nutritionalist say that refined carbs like the bread in the sandwich are the last things I should be putting in my mouth. First Protein, then veggies and fruits, then complex carbohydrates if I am still hungry/have room. I honestly never have room for them but do squeeze them in sometimes. I also have NOT had any sparkling water/ or sodas since surgery - I thought it wasn't allowed? Hmnn.
