Obviously at different times i snack on any one of the following : a few big green olives, Kashi caramelized onion flavor humus chips, string cheese, cucumbers w/ a slice of cheese, baby pickles, sugar free Jello, Dannon light & fit yogurt, mission carb balance tortilla w/ turkey & cheese .... Ohh and coffee ????!!! I'm going to start adding a half of a Protein Bar here & there! I am struggling w/ reaching my total Protein for the day....

I got into the habit of bringing carots, some almonds, and cherry tomatoes with me. Especially the carrots help me sometimes to overcome the urge for sweets.
