ReneeMF 7 Posted August 5, 2014 I lost 87 lbs.since I was sleeved 3/12/14. The last 3 weeks my scale is just stuck. Not going up but definitely not going down either. Becca R. 59 Posted October 26, 2014 Ugh! I hate that! My body has set points at which it will plateau for up to two months. So frustrating. ReneeMF 7 Posted October 30, 2014 Betty...U are doing great. Since I posted about the stall I have lost another 25 lbs. Although it coming off slower now than a few months back it is coming off. I'm down 117 since 3/12/14. I do have to work out harder and big thing I noticed it getting enough hydration. Drink plenty of Water, hit your Protein mark & you will pick up again.
