JCP 619 Posted August 5, 2014 Well, one month ago I found out I was very anemic so the pushed my surgery date back to Sep and put me one 120mg of Iron per day. Just under a month later, my iron level has gone from 20 to 53! (They want 40-60.) So that was my last hurdle! Pre-op diet starts in 3 weeks. Just having a normal iron level has given me so much more energy! Can't wait! 1 NYCkindofgirl reacted to this
OhSoNique 84 Posted August 5, 2014 Awww good luck!! I was really anemia before had about 4-5 blood transfusions and had to get a shot every week, hopefully my levels don't drop again when I start to prepare for surgery
