Day 7 pre-op not hungry and lost 9 #s already! yeahhhh!

Thanks to all of the posts on my day 4 pre-op cause I was so hungry. Now that is going away. I moved my shakes to 9am and 2pm, eat my meal aroundt 6:30 and I go to bed at 9pm so I dont get hungry and want to eat since that is my hardest time. That helped a lot. I also started eating the Jello and the broth. Friday I started walking for 20 minutes and honestly I am starting to feel better. Not tired during the day like before. I am doing more house work. Still edgy with the family but getting a little better. Probably from not drinking my couple of beers after work anymore. I am getting very excited about my surgery date.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
