My next question will be "puree foods". Is it only me that finds blending solid food with broth to eat makes a person a little nauseous? How did you do this? I keep thinking of the different stages required for this to work, and I think it's going to be quite difficult. I've tried four different Protein Shakes without sugar (with natural sweetners) and the after taste is horrible, and I'm having a hard time stomaching the thought of blended food. Maybe because I've never had children I find this more difficult..

I hear you,,I felt grossed out by that too so I NEVER blended my foods. And I have 2 kids LOL. In purée stage I ate foods that were soft anyway. Lots of fat-free refried Beans, eggs, pudding, thicker Soups. I just ate those in addition to my liquid diet, until it was time for the next stage anyway.

I think for purees is make sense to eat foods that are pureed (or very soft) anyway. So rather than pureeing bacon, stick to things like pureed Soups (you can always add Protein powder with an immersion blender once the Soup has cooled a bit if you want more protein), eggs, soft cheeses, refried Beans, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
