jtickle 295 Posted August 1, 2014 I don't know but I do know I haven't lost any weight since starting it :/ I stalled and gained 8 pounds as soon as I was liquid taken off the liquid diet. It lasted around two weeks. I was so upset, since I am a daily weigher. However, I went from a 26 to an 18/20 in pants and from 46c to 42b in bra size. I am losing very slowly. I lost 12 pounds in 3 days and went back to losing one pound a day. Then I had a day where I got in about a 100 grams of Protein and I lost 4 pounds in a day. It's all about the protein the more you consume the faster the weight will come off. Don't get discouraged during your stall it will end. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
