Shells 0 Posted April 29, 2007 Hey Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I was banded on the 19th March 2007. So far things are going good. I went to see my doctor last week and i now have to start exercising 5 times a week that should be interesting considering I havent done any exercise for almost a year now. :omg: Im gonna give it a go anyway and hopefully i dont end up to sore after going for my walks. I just had my first fill last week and for some reason bread doesnt sit right in my tummy anymore. Walking is the best exercise to start with...it is easy, it takes no special equipment, and you can do it anywhere! Beware of the bread, it is common for it to be one of the worst problem foods.
