joybell18 82 Posted July 31, 2014 I'm down 16 lbs since surgery on 7/9 and I feel the same way that it should be more but I'm happy! The cool thing is that since I started this whole process a year ago I'm down a total of 43 lbs. it's nice to see where everyone else is in this process. 3 MisPetunia, MaggieAL and rubyred138 reacted to this

Jessica.O 47 Posted August 1, 2014 I feel like a turd today. Breakfast was Greek yogurt with fruit, not bad, right? Then I snacked on olives and a slice of cheese which made me feel guilty. lunch was macaroni with tuna and I haven't had dinner yet. Olives and one slice of cheese isn't the end of the world but I feel so gross. Not hungry or full, just enormous and gross. Like the food is just sitting there and not moving through. I took the dog out for a long walk but it didn't seem to help much. Is this what "full" is now? My surgeon kept saying "you'll feel Thanksgiving full eating a small amount." I don't feel full! I feel slightly sick.
