I received approval for my surgery today! My surgery is scheduled for September 17th. My surgeon is not requiring a pre-op diet. Is this the case for anyone else? Just curious and EXTREMELY Excited!!!

I'm scheduled for September 1st! I have a two week pre-op diet though, so I only have two and half weeks left of real food. I'm still trying to eat healthy and lose weight between now and then, though, because the nutritionist wants be down 13 pounds before my surgery.

I'm almost done jumping through hoops just a sleep study to finish plus I have to lose 16 lbs before my surgeon will schedule the surgery. But hopefully i should be getting sleeved sometime in September.
