Kindle 8,667 Posted July 29, 2014 I made my own Protein Popsicles... Just mix up your favorite Protein shake and freeze it in Popsicle molds. (I got mine on Amazon). chocolate = fudgesicle; Mio tangerine+water+vanilla Protein powder = dreamsicle; Syntrax nectar cherry, grape, citrus sky, fuzzy naval, etc. Way better than store bought. (No sugar, Protein bonus) Other Snacks I lived on early postop were string cheese, guacamole, and no sugar added PB. But other than the protein pops, I wasn't into sweet stuff at all. 7 months later I still have the same SF pudding and Jello I bought in December sitting in my cupboard. Bufflehead 6,358 Posted July 29, 2014 @@rriggins you buy Syntrax Nectar Protein powders online, lots of places carry it. But I would definitely recommend getting samples of different flavors before committing to a tub. You can Google it, or here are some links: http://www.mybariatricpantry.com/SYNTRAX_NECTAR_PROTEIN_POWDER_SAMPLES_p/nectar-sample.htm http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store/protein-powders/protein-powder-samples-1-serving.html (use the drop down arrow to select which flavors you want - also tons of other types of protein powders if you want to sample them) http://bjsbariatrics.mybigcommerce.com/products/syntrax-nectar-sample-variety-pack.html

Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted July 29, 2014 You can call Syntrax and order 15 samples for about $16. If you search these boards for Syntrax samples you should find the link.
