Am 3 weeks out and the wound where the drain was has been bleeding, not tons, but bright red blood on packing and oozing out of incision when packing is out. Is this normal?

If I were you I would be calling my surgeon concerning this immediately.

They would be the best to answer this question because they are trained to know the answer.

I would definitely call the dr. Check if you have a temp as well.
