♥LadyBug♥ 0 Posted April 28, 2007 Hi there, I was just wondering what type of Multi Vitamins everyone else in taking. Or do you take one at all? Right now I am using Nature's Own Multi Vitamin Plus Fish Oil (Omega 3) it's OK but I am sure that there must be something better. I feel like it's not doing anything for me. Thanks for any advice in advance. Angela

Chickie 15 Posted April 29, 2007 I took supradyn (I waited for it to go flat) for the first year, now I just take Cenovis women's multi, when I remember to take it that is.
jenk38 0 Posted May 11, 2007 Hi, the supradyn is not a complete multi, good for the first few weeks to get down but after that you need a better multi with more nutrients. I have been taking the Swiss Ultravite for women for years and find it to be great, I can tell from my energy levels whether I've forgotten it or not. It does go down, but you can break it in half if neccesary.
Chickie 15 Posted May 11, 2007 Large tablets, even broken in two, can be hard for a lot of bandsters to get down, so Supradyn is better than nothing.

susannah 2 Posted May 17, 2007 Hey, I take Centrum broken in half every morning. I am also taking Biotin for my Hair loss. I have the thickest hair but have been losing it in clumps lately. I was told it should grow back normally once I have lost all my weight and it has stabilised. Susannah
