Joint pain, PMS, and Exercise

4wks out 25lbs down & was given my first goal of 50lbs in two months. Since I have always only lost 20-22lbs on any diet/exercise program. It is hard to realize I am not going to gain these 25lbs right back. I can now increase my exercise but have joint pain. Has anyone started taking IBU this early out?

PMS is another issue..will I be able to handle the food cravings ?
