micmt 120 Posted July 24, 2014 Ok I have seen tons of stuff about smoking and WLS. But what about vaping? What are your thoughts? Has anyone smoked and gone to vaping for WLS? I quit smoking over 10 years ago. Part of my weight problem.
Sherry73 94 Posted July 24, 2014 My doctor would not allow even vaping. You had to be totally nicotine free for 30 days. I was vaping and slowly lowered the nicotine level until I was at zero.
Ava324 413 Posted July 24, 2014 Post-op - from what I understand, the problem is nicotine and ulcers. I use a vaporizer and nicotine free juice.
PuraVida37 715 Posted July 25, 2014 The whole point of this was to get healthier. Wouldn't vaping or smoking be completely contradictory to that? Fight the urge!!
micmt 120 Posted July 25, 2014 I just thought I would put it out there for discussion and learn what others think. Not weather vaping is healthy or not but if others do it or do Patches or vape zero nicotine. There no info out there on the options. Kinda the same with coffee or caffeine pills?
