iamblessed1225 61 Posted July 24, 2014 I order my Vitamins, my doctor recommended a program that automatically ships my vitamins monthly;it's a Multivitamin, B12, iron,and Calcium the B12 is a nasal spray that I take once a month but it says it's designed specifically for bariatric patients!!
