JG7882 16 Posted July 23, 2014 Please can anyone tell me if they had it have an occasional kind of tightening spasm in the middle of there chest?? This is what I have that comes and goes. I was told it was the esophagus going into spasms because of either eating too fast for the food to go down, taking too big of a bite, or being full. Slow down and chew, chew, chew!
