There is a stall subforum you should post this in.

"Don't sweat the stall stuff"

http://www.bariatricpal.com/forum/1102-dont-sweat-the-stall-stuff-new/

Or if you just do a search for "stall" you will find dozens of answers to your question already posted. My answer is throw the scale away, get in all your Protein and Water, follow your basic meal plan and go enjoy your new life.

Keep doing what you're supposed to do and it will pass with time.

I agree with everything Kindle said but I will add one more thing. Carbs, for me, are a killer for weight loss. As long as I stay under 50 or 60 carbs my weight will come down. When I have a day when my carbs are up around 80 or more the weight stops. When, at 6 weeks, I was told to raise my calorie intake from 800 to 1,000 the extra carbs came with that increase. I keep a food diary but I wasn't told to keep my carbs down. I had days when my carb count was 80 - 100. Very easy to do when you don't watch what the carb count is in your food. Thank goodness people talked about this issue & most people recommended 50 carbs per day. I started doing this & got thru my stall. If you aren't already doing a food diary, you should. Keeps me on track. I use MyFitnessPal & have been amazed at the foods listed on this app. Hopes this helps. Good luck.
