Yes. I have a cleavage problem. I was once told that v-neck shirts elongate the neck and I have no neck. So now that I have lost 50 lbs my problem is the v is too low. I guess I'll have to invest in some camisoles because I can afford to give up on all these shirts quite yet. This time I am losing so funny, my shoulders,my lower arms,my butt and legs. Come on tummy go away.

For me it's too hot in Texas to wear a full camisole. I buy those camisole type lace things you snap onto your bra straps that cover the cleavage but you don't have a layer of the camisole to make you too hot. I'm not as warm as I used to be since I've lost weight so I actually might be able to wear a camisole now without sweating!

They look like they wouldn't be difficult to make if you were a person who could sew. It's just enough fabric to cover the front of the bra with snaps on each side attaching to the bra straps.

Can't think of the name of them--I think Wal-Mart still sells them--They're the "Sold On TV" type of thing.

If they are tank tops, it's easy to pull up the straps & sew straight across, either with a sewing machine or hand stitching. That'll take up the slack.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
