I've frozen crushed pineapple in ice cube trays, hoping to use it for Protein shakes. turns out that I cannot stand any of the fake coconut flavorings. The flakes do not puree in the blender. Any suggestions?

Yum...I also bought the pineapple Torani...but I get Carbmaster pina colada yogurt, so it's all good!
