Newbie Here...surgery in the morning!

I've been reading for a while, trying to decide if I want to go through with this. I am scheduled for surgery in the morning. I'm just looking for some positive thoughts to get me through this! Thanks for all of your honest comments. I know that this is a great decision, I'm just nervous.
