Hi all! Just wondering how much fat everyone eats a day? I keep my carbs 50 or below and most days my calories are at or below 800. Protein 60-80. Just wondering where everyone else is especially as far as fats go??

I don't know if this is right or not, but I'm averaging 37.5g of fat, 35g of carbs, 92g of Protein and 830 calories a day. I don't eat meat or eggs; I do eat some dairy, but generally I try to keep my fat sources plant based. As long as the majority of my fat isn't coming from dairy (I'd say it's just under half), then I really don't worry about it much. I just concentrate on getting 80-90g of Protein, eating whole, "clean" foods, and keeping carbs as low as I can.

If I ever hit a really long stall, I'll consider upping my carbs and (plant based) fat and see if it helps.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
