Wheetsin 714 Posted April 26, 2007 Click the "Go Advanced" button. Under "Additional Options" scroll down to "Attach Files" and click on the "Manage Attachments" button. Chris_NJ 9 Posted April 27, 2007 a simple way is to open the picture in your "Paint" program that comes with windows. Then on top click on "Image" then go to "stretch/skew" you will then see a little pop up menu. In the stretch part of the menu you will see horizontal and vertical with 100% next to them . just change them to a smaller % and click ok.
