mood swings

Has anyone had mood swings since having the surgert im one month out. I have previous issues but they were under control with medication.

Im really feeling out of sorts.

I see threads on that subject all the time. The times right after surgery are stressful. Plus, I've read, the surgery itself wreaks havoc on your hormonal system.

I'd say, give yourself a break. Be kind to yourself. What you're experiencing now is certainly not a "new normal." It's just the phase you're in.

Yep, it's all part of the craziness that is VSG surgery!

You're not going mad, honey. Give it a couple of weeks and you'll be bouncing around like tigger!
