sunstar721 13 Posted October 16, 2014 Ok so I called ins today to make sure I knew for sure what was required. A little worried about the weightloss part. But surprised that the esophagoscopy is not a requirement for ins

tfarr 270 Posted October 23, 2014 I quit smoking cold turkey 7 yrs ago. It was hard, I was a mega-Bi. The first week is more of a physical withdrawal, then after is all psychological. It's not easy, but it's worth it Good luck

brezab 0 Posted November 2, 2014 I should be sleeved in December. Got my approval letter from insurance yesterday. Should talk to Dr next week about going into schedule. When they called me Wednesday to say I was submitted to Insurance, they said the Dr was scheduling into December. So excited to get going!
DeeSleeved427 7 Posted November 18, 2014 Finally got my approval from insurance. After finishing all my supervised diet visits and pre-op stuff in October, surgeon finally submitted me last Thursday 11/13/14 and I just heard it was approved today 11/18/14. Seemed like forever, especially considering my surgery date was set for 12/01/14-I was starting to freak out it'd go to medical review and push my date back. *Sigh* what a relief. It's actually happening now!!
