So its Medifast. Basically a 600 cal a day diet of all powdered food. No sugar or carbs. Only thing you can eat that is not in their boxes is sugar free Jello, popsicles and broth. This is going to blow for the next 4 weeks!

@@softballjunky20 are you hanging in there? That pre-op food is no fun, is it?

it sucks. I meat my goal the 1st 2 weeks and lost 32 lbs. this week I actually gained 5 lbs of Water. Pretty bummed. Got 1 more week then surgery on 9/8
