I was sleeved 5/28 an it has been an incredible journey so far. The weight had been coming off so fastdde03 At first I couldn't tell but today I actually can. I have went from a size 22 to a 14/16 in 6 weeks. I'm so excited to continue this journey to see what else god has planned for me

I am 5 days post op and struggling with the liquid phase.

Lots of sugar free Popsicles, cream Soups an broths.. I also did Protein Shake for a while but I got burnt out really quick. I no eat the Quest bars for my Protein needs. Each bars had 21 grams so I do 2 a day, but I spread that 2 out all day since I can only take a bite here an there;)
