Thanks!! It's funny how much thought I put now into what I am going to eat! Haha i hope all if my April Sleever Sisters and brothers are doing well!! The only thing I have had problems with is cramps in my feet occasionally... Usually the morning after I work out thinking I'm not getting enough water...

I understand what you mean. I had years of bad habits with food. I changed that into obsessing over entering my food into fitness pal. I now total up everything. What a difference.

Tell me what have been your strengths. N if u have had any weaknesses.

I was sleeved 5-1. Height 5'11" and down 38 pounds 3 pounds to being under 200!!! Feel like it's coming of pretty slow. But had 3 month appt today and doc said they like to see 10 pounds a month.
