OMG live this so much but seem to be getting it under control now. Lots and lots of Water - try to disburse this through out the day for the most effect. Fibre boosters in my morning shake (I use Arbonne fibre boost -12gms of fibre per scoop but you can use what ever fibre you like) I also have a Quest bar (17-18gms of fibre per bar - yet low carb and little to no sugar) and a probiotic yogurt I have these all daily ...but I still only *go* every 3/4 days. Better than 7+ days though!
