My insurance requires that I keep a daily food journal for 6 months! They do not require a weight loss. So I'm completely done with my other insurance requirements. And I'm having to wait on this. It's killing me. It's so stupid.

Man that sucks! I have to do 3 months (just started) and have to lose 5% for my surgeon not the insurance. I tend to be a glass half full kinda gal and while I have never been a good journaler, I'm determined to use this period to 1. establish the habit of food journaling (which a lot of folks on here say works for them) and 2. to get a baseline/look for patterns in my eating that might help me understand the "why" of my weight.
