bigloser2014 144 Posted July 21, 2014 Thanks for the support! It helps immensely to hear all the suggestions and to know that I am not the only one facing this issue. I have started paying more attention to the change in how my clothes fit. They seem to be getting loser! And I will know if I lost any inches in a couple of days since my trainer recorded that info a month ago. Also, I asked my daughter to hide the scale and not give it back even if I beg for it! lol. Hardest thing I have done! Driving me crazy but I know it is for the best! That scale can play mind games! Working on upping my calories on gym days. Also started C25K training.
