Incision pain is brutal but nothing compared to the gas and air trapped inside me. I need help drinking more i make 32oz daily but barely. I was in so much pain I could barley move. Things are getting better though. And I am down 20 lbs, Breath through it. It will get better soon! We are here to help each other through it all!
