I I decided to make a chickpea salad tonight with tomatoes and red onion and peppers ! Well after maybe a 1/4 cup I was stuffed ! I guess the Beans made me full as anything ! Been feeling a little tight latly ! But I have now really started eating more dense things instead of sliders and what a difference !

I may be wrong but I think the chickpeas are the Protein in that recipe :)

Have you had any fills? Was it your first solid meal? Just curious. I'm 12 days post op. Do you have a lap band? salad sounds so good.
