Girly24 22 Posted July 14, 2014 I have a few questions 1. When do I start exercising? 2. When can I sleep on my side or stomach 3. I can drink all my 80g if Protein but have problems drinking my 64oz Water. Lately it's only been 20oz . Is that real bad? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Reddrobin 24 Posted July 14, 2014 Hi Angie, i started walking the day after I got home. At first I did 2 10 min walks and have gradually increased it to 30 min. I am walking at a leisurely pace in the beginning I was really slow. As far as sleeping on your side being a side sleeper myself I put a pillow down against my side to cushion my stomach. I would wake up in the beginning but now 3 weeks after no pillow and sleeping well. Sorry I cannot help with the liquid intake I did not have a concern there and did not have any trouble. maxcimax 220 Posted July 14, 2014 I started walking around my apartment the week after surgery. At 6 weeks I was allowed to add in machines to help with strength & muscles. I still drink 1 Protein drink a day & try to drink a second one for a snack. This counts towards liquid & I'm terrible about drinking Water. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
