U look amazing I can't wait till I start my work out yeah they kept me in the hospital at 4 days post op cause of my age and i could barely walk because of all the meds. But yeah don't rush it. marycbevill 0 Posted July 14, 2014 Hi, I was just gonna say I had my surgery on January 28, 2014 and I have only lost like 46 lbs and I am having a really hard time staying on track everyday and you have truly inspired me to lose my weight to see the pictures and how much u have lost. fccm04 39 Posted July 16, 2014 @kaiwil27 Care to share some of you're workout routines? of course, haha well I wouldn't really call it a routine because it changes sometimes. But i go to the gym 4 days a week and run for 20 minuets, and go through all the machines and do about 50 reps on each. And on the 3 days im not in the gym, im at home, i walk the dog at a fast pace for about 30 minuets and then im in my room doing pushups, squats... TONS of squats! Along with leg lifts, sit-ups, crunches, planks, inner thigh workouts, lunges, all about 50 times (more or less). Its hard work but the end result is worth the pain it takes. Do you have a lot if extra skin? i dont have much if any extra skin on my stomach because the elasticity in my skin is still pretty strong but i still want to loose 50- 55pounds so i will most likely have some. missbrown30 148 Posted July 17, 2014 ok so my highest weight was 225, my surgery weight was 200, my weight now is 170 and my goal weight is 110-115. Ive lost most of it in my stomach because of the workouts i do. But i make sure to work out really hard for about an hour everyday and include a lot of Protein and Water into my diet. ?de0a Kaiwil you are doing great. Do you mind sharing what workouts you do to help the stomach go down. My stomach s the last thing to go.
