I am will be done with my preop diet tomorrow night and I did not cheat one time! Proud of me! I almost snatched that taco right off my hubbies plate last night but talked myself down, thought about long term consequences! Victory over the taco! My surgery is Tuesday and I am so excited and nervous! Ready to get this show on the road! Thanks for all your messages on here I have been so inspired by you.

I live down by Portland but had my surgery done by Dr. Montgomery in Everett. I liked that he was a center of excellence. He took great care of me.
