I'm on day 3 of the liquid diet I don't feel ridiculously hungry but I cannot drink the shakes. Day one I had a half of one, day two one, and today nothing. I'm nervous about what my doctors going to say. Anyone else have this problem???

Bummer...could you try a different kind? If it is a taste or texture thing maybe you could thin it down with more Water. There are also Protein "shots" which are not much volume but still have the protein...I think you can get them at Wal-Mart...good luck!

Thanks I'll try the shots I've tried three different brands and still can't tolerate them

I had the exact same issue. I went to Walmart and bought the shots which are only about 3oz and they have 27 grams of Protein. And a box of six would run you about $9 if you order it online to pick up at the store it is a couple of bucks cheaper. Good Luck!

I feel your pain. It was so hard for me on the liquid diet part. I found the GNC brand lean shakes were great they are 25 grams if Protein and like 3 grams of sugar. They were the best tasting ones. Believe me I tired them all. Keep going strong I keep saying if I could do it anyone could do it. It was so tough for me and I'm so proud I did it! Try the gnc brand ones they are pre mixed too. Pretty good tasting
