HealthyNewMe 1,935 Posted July 12, 2014 I fall asleep so much easier, and I sleep through the night almost every single night now. I always had some sleep issues, but I didn't realize until recently how much my sleep issues improved. I didn't know if it was the weight loss, or the exercise, or a combination of the two, but I now think it is the exercise........ I exercise six days a week now, and I sleep beautifully on those nights, but the one day a week I don't exercise, I find I don't fall asleep as easily.........INTERESTING !!!!!!!!! 4 Ginger Snaps, Debbie3sons, labwalker and 1 other reacted to this
B-52 7,113 Posted July 13, 2014 Yes it can...plus a dozen other things.....that's why it is addictive, and I feel like crap when I miss a day or two....
mune04 4 Posted July 13, 2014 I'm glad you're doing great! ???? I'm on my pre-op liquid diet and I'm having a hard time to sleep through the night. I dont know what it is... Probably I'm nervous bc of the surgery, can't stop thinking about it. But I'm going to start exercising this Monday, I really hope it helps me sleep better (and not wake up my husband in the middle of the night) ???? I'll keep you posted on how it goes! 1 HealthyNewMe reacted to this
