Hey everyone!

I'm so excited. I've finally loss my 5% of my body weight and today was my first of two group classes.

Learning how to eat and drink - starting my practice tomorrow. (With all the rules I've learned today I'm going to be exhausted with setting reminders and writing things down. ) but I'm sooo happy that I'm finally HERE! yay! ☺

So I have one more class and 3 more appointments hoping that I can get my surgery date for the month of September. Fingers crossed!
